ABOUT THE ROLE

Etpa is a power exchange active in the Netherlands and Germany. Our teams operate from Amsterdam, Valletta (Malta), and Novi Sad (Serbia). For our team in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a proactive and highly organized HR and Recruitment Coordinator. This is a dual role combining HR and recruitment. While the role includes administrative responsibilities, we’re also looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative to further improve our HR activities. You’ll have the opportunity to propose and drive your own ideas to further strengthen and shape our company culture, employee engagement, and workplace experience. Your main responsibilities: 

• Assist with recruitment, including scheduling and conducting interviews.

• Managing candidate communication and setting up vacancy texts. 

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees. 

• Maintain accurate HR records, administration and help with documentation and compliance. 

• Set up employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and team events. 

• Be a point of contact for HR-related queries.

• Provide administrative support on people matters.

ABOUT YOU

• Between 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment or a similar role. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. 

• Familiarity with HR tools and systems is a plus. 

• A degree in human resources, business studies or organizational psychology is a plus.

• You live on commuting distance of our Amsterdam office and available to work from the office on a regular basis.
